On October 20, 2023, an officer encountered a suspicious vehicle in Holmen, WI. After approaching the driver and identifying himself as law enforcement, the man refused to believe he was a police officer and made a threat before speeding away in his truck. A high-risk traffic stop was initiated shortly afterward. Despite the officers’ commands, the man remained oblivious to the seriousness of the situation and maintained his belief that the initial officer was an imposter.
