The next case is “Tulgana IV v Federation” for violation of the Tulganen Neutrality Pact due to drunk and disorderly conduct.
The charges include: pickpocketing in Little Q’onos, assaulting an Anabaj in front of the Horga’hn fountain, instigating a bar fight in the Andorian district, and passing out while vomiting bloodwine in front of the Federation embassy. This in addition to a number of parking citations for an abandoned shuttle.
Wow. Whoever caused all this disruption sounds like a real nasty boy piece of work.
