It has been a deadly December on Eastern Cape roads already, with more than 21 people losing their lives in crashes.
The biggest single toll was just this past week-end when a head on collision between an SUV and a minibus claimed 14 lives.
Authorities in the province have a rolling safety plan and today the focus is on the N6 near Komani.
