About this video:
In this video, Holt Clark of Counter-Terrorism Roll Call informs law enforcement officers of the definition of a First Amendment Audits and the potential dangers. Using clips from 2017 and 2018 audits, under the name News Now, the video describes how police are perceived by some as a tyrant and give a pass or fail rating. These audits are done at police departments, jails, court houses, post offices and other government buildings. Some auditors are trying to force the police into being detained or make an arrest to file a complaint or a lawsuit.
