Here we are once again at Blackville South Carolina doing a freedom of information act request with one Fonda Patrick mayor Ronnie Pernell and Chief Howze. All of which denied the constitutional rights to freedom of the press with the freedom of information act which we upon demand wanted to inspect the last 3 months credit card statements for the town of Blackville. Only to be denied by all three individuals.
