Fort Bragg soldier Luis Angel Rosas was arrested by the RDU Airport Authority for that misdemeanor charge. According to court papers, the soldier was removed from his Jetblue flight because he was drunk and refused to wear his seatbelt. On Tuesday, a Fort Bragg soldier was arrested for drunken and disorderly conduct at Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
According to arrest paperwork, Angel Luis Rosas, 24, was removed from a JetBlue airplane because he ‘was intoxicated’ and refused to wear his seatbelt. Then, while the employees at the ticket counter were trying to get him on another flight, the documentation says he began chasing people around the terminal and using foul language.
At that point, officials called RDU police.
Rosas has been released on a written promise to appear, and he’s due back in court in April.
