“Here’s the Deal” contempt of cop = “disorderly.”

An intelligent and competent Public Official with just a bit of integrity, who takes their fiduciary obligations seriously, not to mention the oath that they swore, would take steps to ensure that the tax payers aren’t being placed in jeopardy by incompetent cops who wouldn’t know law if they woke up with a legal scroll up their asses.
In this video you will hear from Officer David Richter, the initiator of the violence in this case, give sworn testimony before the city of New York Civilian Complaint Review Board [CCRB].
He’s giving testimony about an incident in which he and 4 other swine blatantly violated the U.S. Constitution; the New York State Constitution; State Statutes, including the NYS Penal Law; and not least of all, these PIGS violated me.
Here’s the most interesting thing about his testimony, the PIG is so incompetent that he admits to the violations, apparently not comprehending that what he did was wrong. Why don’t these PIGS understand that they are the ones violating the law? Because they have even greater violators of the law defending them.
In this video you are going to hear this cop state that it is against the law to record the inside of a police station from the EXTERIOR of that police station; he actually indicates that is part of his training. Moreover, the city’s lawyers are defending his position. What’s even more interesting about that is at the end of his testimony I attached a clip of a city attorney arguing before the Second Circuit Appeals Court conceding that a cop doing so raises constitutional questions. So, the city is well aware that these cops were in violation of ALL applicable law in the actions that they took against me, yet are still defending those unlawful actions.
However, you will hear that this cop, and his cohorts in follow-up videos, attempt to sanitize their actions by claiming that I was “disorderly” because I was insulting them, even though they all admit that my insults did not extend beyond the conflict with them, a conflict that they initiated because they are incompetent and don’t like the camera being on them. So while doing a poor job at sanitizing their unlawful actions, they proffer that they did what they did because of my speech; which just so happens to also be protected by the 1st Amendment.
The constitution that they swore an oath to just keeps getting in their way.
You all will be pleased to hear what other moves are being made here: Theirs is an interesting federal law called “Misprision Of Felony.” How is that applicable here, you may ask. Well, when a government official tramples on the U.S. Constitution under color of State Law, that is a federal felony. When some other government official becomes aware of this, they have a duty to bring that to the attention of the feds. However, when they don’t do that, but instead take any action to conceal that initial “trespass” against the constitution, they have now stepped into criminality committing the federal crime of “Misprision Of Felony.” This occurs regularly in most municipalities, and most certainly in the city of New York. Here, in this case, that has happened at NYPD; CCRB; and at the city of New York Office of Corporation Counsel. They folks are so incompetent that they actually handed me absolute proof of it. {I should be thanking them.}
These crimes committed by city officials occurs because no one calls them out on it, which is why they are so sloppy at concealing it. Hopefully I will be able to say that I was the cause for even more city officials being indicted by a federal grand jury. Destroying a government official’s career is even more valuable than a payday. Those of you in the 1st Amendment Auditing community should agree. They could have stopped this with a payday, but as I’ve always said, they are far too incompetent to do the right thing.
