In Elim, Pennsylvania a motorist is stopped by an officer who claims the reason for the traffic stop is because the driver was engaged in “Disorderly Conduct” however this is not a traffic offense that an officer could reasonably pull you over for, to make matters worse, the motorist then realizes that the officer in question is making an unlawful traffic stop by way of the fact that the police officer has no jurisdiction over the area!
