On August 27, 2023, an officer responded to reports of a woman sleeping behind the wheel of her vehicle. Upon arrival, he found the woman intoxicated and unresponsive, raising concerns for public safety. After waking her, the officer conducted field sobriety tests, all of which she failed, indicating severe impairment. The woman was arrested and taken to the station, where a breathalyzer confirmed her blood alcohol level was over the legal limit. She faced charges including disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated, and traffic violations, with the court to determine her penalties.
