The London riots of 2011 have continued for 6 months leaving most of the capital in a state of fear and disorganisation. The Army have been called upon to work alongside Metropolitan Police efforts to neutralise urban terrorist activities along with keeping the peace. Several months after their involvement, the army are still performing routine patrols of the capital in an effort to quell any potential threats to public safety where and when they arise.
