Working on a public records request at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System located at 4630 Ruffner St, San Diego, CA 92111 on May 31st, 2024 in San Diego, CA. While there, I was attempting to get some b-roll footage of the operations in a publicly available space. An as of now tyrant manager violated by liberties and called several officers to prevent me from accessing publicly accessible areas.
You all have been asking for a deeper dive into the analysis behind which laws/statutes/codes/regulations are being utilized as I work on my stories, and so without further wait, I am presenting a much more comprehensive explanation in this story today to get a better understanding of what I do for my preparation in understanding what can and cannot be done on any given story I work.
