Despite efforts to de-escalate, the crowd remained uncooperative, prompting the arrest of a woman and two men who were actively disruptive and resisted authority. Witnesses provided critical details, allowing the officer to document the incident. The arrested individuals, charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer, were transported to the station for further investigation and later presented in court.
