Fellow Patriots, I was peacefully exercising my First Amendment Right at the Detention Center in Alexandria, Virginia. I was immediately approached by Deputy Neckles who insisted I show him ID, and if I didn’t it would be an “option” for him to have me fingerprinted and arrested for failure to ID. WRONG. As I informed Deputy Neckles, failure to ID is a secondary offense. In order to identify someone you need reasonable articulable suspicion that that a crime has been, is being or is going to be committed. He clearly admitted there was no crime. Other than “suspicious activity” which according to the Deputy is also a crime…Let me now what you think in the comment section!
