Reform UK are planning to launch a private prosecution against men involved in a fight with police at Manchester Airport.
The party claims the officers were unfairly treated, while the men went unpunished.
Video footage of the incident, where a male officer kicked 19-year-old Fahir Amaaz, sparked public outrage but another video released showed two female officers being attacked, one suffering a broken nose.
