As workers strike across Israel, protesters have taken to the streets of Tel Aviv and other major cities for a second day in a row angry over the lack of a ceasefire deal with Hamas.
It comes after the killing of six hostages in a tunnel in Gaza over the weekend.
Protesters are calling on the Israeli government for a deal to “bring all the hostages home.”
Israel’s labour court had ruled the general strike would have to end at 2.30pm local time (12.30pm UK), however, there are more protests planned.
