On September 16th, 2023. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was speeding on the highway. When the officer approached the man, he was not cooperative & was acting irrationally. He refused to the cooperate & he eventually took off on police. Shortly after they tracked him down. This is the body-cam footage of the events that followed.
