On June 30, 2023. A Deputy responded to a hotel to the report of a disorderly man. After arrival, the deputy recognized the man from earlier in the night. He was previously kicked out of a bar and resisted arrest. Instead of taking him to jail, the deputy took him to this hotel. The suspect was arrested and charged with “Disorderly Conduct, Domestic Abuse, and resisting arrest”. He was sentenced to 107 days in jail, 36 months of probation and charged $1250 in fines.
