An Ohio man is suing a police department and several officers after his face cracked the windshield on a police cruiser while he was being arrested. Pele Smith claims cops used excessive force back in the incident that was captured on the car’s dash cam. Local reports say the officers claim they saw Smith swallow a bag of what could have been drugs. They also claim he resisted arrest.
