On 08/05/2022,
Officers responded to a disorderly person at the McDonalds.
Upon arrival, Officers encountered the suspect. The suspect was informed multiple times to leave the premises. The employee refused to leave and was becoming agitated that he was told to leave. The suspect was severely intoxicated. He was placed under arrest and at this time he began resisting. Once put in my patrol car officer spoke with the manager of Mcdonald’s. She informed me that he works here and was acting belligerent towards individuals at the store.
On the way to the jail, the suspect was cursing and saying “biscuit”, “p***y”. Once they arrived at the jail, he denied getting out of the vehicle. The Sheriffs at the jall came out to assist in getting him out of the vehicle.
The suspect was brought to the county jail without incident.
