On October 14, 2023, a deputy noticed an SUV displaying signs of impaired driving in Tomah, WI. Upon approaching the polite male driver, the deputy detected an odor of intoxicants and discovered the individual had six prior OWIs. During sobriety tests, the individual suddenly refused additional tests, became extremely hostile, and resisted arrest. It was also revealed he had one open misdemeanor case, two open felony cases, and a history of disruptive behavior since 1991.
