On May 1, 2023, officers responded to a Walmart after a terminated employee refused to leave the premises, causing disruption. Despite efforts to de-escalate, the man was argumentative and uncooperative, leading to his detention and a medical evaluation, where he continued to display disruptive behavior. Cleared medically, he was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct, later receiving two years’ probation to ensure accountability and maintain public order.
