On August 14th, 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop after receiving a disturbance call. The female driver, who was visibly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol, resisted cooperating with the officer, challenging the legitimacy of the stop and refusing to undergo sobriety tests. Despite being warned of the consequences, she continued to resist, leading to her arrest. Throughout the arrest and transport to the police station, she remained uncooperative, pleading to be released and causing disturbances. She was later taken to court, where she faced charges including driving under the influence, resisting arrest, violating traffic rules, and disorderly conduct.
