When a driver allegedly tried to flee during a traffic stop, he took an officer with him. The NYPD says two officers tried to stop a vehicle in the Bronx for having expired license plates. Video of the incident allegedly shows the car speeding off while one of the officers was holding onto the car. She was dragged by the vehicle and fell off, getting partially run over.
