On October 11th, 2022, during patrol, a La Crosse Police officer spotted a male cyclist without a front light. Despite repeated attempts to pull him over, the cyclist ignored the signals and kept riding. The officer initiated pursuit using the police vehicle’s siren and lights, while keeping central command informed. Another officer quickly joined the chase.
