I was at the scene where the LAPD shot an unarmed man three times in the back. As I walked to the tape, a Southwest LAPD division officer (who was literally eating donuts) started an argument for no good reason. Fact is, we are allowed to film anything in public. I didn’t cross the tape line, so what I was doing there was none of his business.
