Police have received a report regarding a viral video clip of an altercation between two men, one of whom was armed with a cane, at the North-South Highway, near Pagoh.
Muar district police chief, ACP Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz, said the incident, which occurred at about 1.58pm on Saturday (Feb 10), involved a local man and a foreigner.
