One of the police officers involved in the arrest of Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has been placed on administrative duty. The wide receiver was handcuffed and placed face down on a street after he was cited for reckless driving and driving without a license hours before Sunday’s season opener. Authorities say police body camera video is now part of the investigation. David Muir reports.
