Trooper Matthew Brennan

Trooper Brennan searched me b4 I got into the car, then twice, at the Station as his 2 male coworkers watched & I told him that I’m a rape survivor & he answered: “AND???”…
&he put shackles on my ankles SO TIGHT they cut into my skin & wouldn’t loosen them or the handcuffs… then, he made me walk with them on while taking my mug shot & getting my fingerprints taken.
Is this a “reasonable” search & seizure??? OR: did he VIOLATE my Rights???
The 4th Amendment of the United States (🇺🇸) Constitution says “NO UNREASONABLE SEARCH/SIEZURES” & law enforcement isn’t supposed to arrest OR detain you UNLESS you’ve broken the law OR they have Reasonable, Articulable Suspicion that you have, am, or am going to commit a crime!!!
Brennan had nothing- he was just “sick of hearing me” quote the LAW he was breaking!!! Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.
GET THIS: ((it gets worse)) Trooper Matthew Brennan told me:
“I cannot let you go back to that PennDOT, so I have to DRIVE YOUR CAR to the station” = no joke- this PA State Trooper kidnapped my car & searched it with NO search warrant!!!
He took my car keys out of my handbag & (((DROVE MY CAR))): DROVE my CAR- from the Public Parking Lot, where i was arrested to the Bensalem Police Department Station = no joke!!! a 5-minute walk away- if that.
I asked “if he needed a Search Warrant to drive and/or search MY CAR”, and he ignored me. Then he asked: “why, what am i gonna find in your car?”!!!
