Pro-Palestine rally organisers have abandoned an application to hold an event on Monday, October 7, the first anniversary of the Hamas attacks on Israel.
It comes after the NSW Police Commissioner launched a bid to stop the event.
However, the rally organisers are still pushing to protest on Sunday, October 6.
