A pro-Palestinian Bay Bridge protest tied up traffic for four hours during the APEC Summit.
The California Highway Patrol said they arrested at least 50 people and have towed 15 cars.
The protesters were calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and used the APEC summit in San Francisco as a backdrop to draw attention to their cause.
