On 12/02/2024 myself and another Patriot decided to conduct a first amendment audit and employee conduct check at John George psychiatric hospital (a public entity) located in San Leandro, CA. As you can witness from the video, the security staff of inter-con private security was very unprofessional and childish. Not only were they insulting, but the hospital staff and guards left sensitive information out by a window where members of the public can easily see. It is clear that they do not take the privacy of their clientele seriously, and instead of admitting their wrongdoing, they lash out and try to force me to leave the property for simply engaging in the constitutionally protected lawful activity of public photography and news-gathering. Skylar Thompson specifically was very snide and passive aggressive. He definitely was not interested in helping fulfill my public records request. Hopefully they can revive the necessary training after this incident.
