Rights activists have joined forces with the provincial government and police in their fight against human trafficking in the province.
A roadblock at the Brakfontein off-ramp on the N2 outside East London yesterday targeted human and drug traffickers between East London and Mthatha.
Welcomed by motorists and passengers, the roadblock formed part of an event organised by Masimanyane Women’s Support Centre working together with various government departments.
