On July 23rd, 2022, an officer initiated a traffic stop in response to reports of a car driving erratically and being illegally parked. Upon the officer’s arrival, a man exited the driver’s seat and immediately confessed to being drunk. What unfolded that night was devastating. This is the footage of the events that followed.
