A crowd of 500 to 600 people was involved in fights and disturbances within the park. The situation escalated, leading to police intervention.
Cobb County Police were called to the scene to disperse the unruly crowd. As officers arrived, they were met with a large group leaving the park.
During the confrontation, police exchanged gunfire with the crowd. One person was shot and injured. Authorities are currently seeking multiple suspects in connection with the incident.
