A man is in police custody after running into a police cruiser in Whitehall on Monday evening.
Authorities stopped the vehicle driven by 37-year-old Aaron Moore in a parking lot near East Main Street, but Moore reversed and drove away, striking an officer and a cruiser.
Moore was charged with felonious assault and failure to comply in addition to his warrants from Dublin police. He is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
