Rob Eastwood reports on the arrest of a Connelly Springs man who is facing felony charges for the ninth time in about a year. Ralph Mangum finishes up with four separate arrests that include charges for trafficking meth, carrying a concealed weapon, attempted uttering, financial card fraud, possession of heroin, possession of meth, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
