Moments earlier, several frantic crowd surges had erupted when people fearfully anticipated a police kettle; UK Uncut protesters were being “contained/detained”. Shortly after filming this march into the zone, rear guard reinforcements of riot police swiftly piled in from Piccadilly Circus, provoking yet further crowd chaos.
