Today’s video that we will be going over is from the channel copwatch – Imperial Beach. This video takes place in San Diego CA, and it involves the San Diego Police department. On October 26th 2022, this copwatcher was riding on her moped when she sees a cop car pull up by her. She pays it no mind at first, but when the officer makes a turn, he fails to utilize his turn signal. This woman, knowing that he violated a traffic code, decides to follow him and witnesses this officer make multiple turns and lane changes without utilizing his turn signal. At that point she flags him down to conduct her own traffic stop, and this is what happened next.
