This video is an oldie but a goldie that only got about 15,000 views back when it was originally published in 2018. Since then the original publisher “JooJoo68” has taken the video down so I was unable to link credit to the original creator, but my buddy over at sent me an old backed up copy of it. It took place in Hickman Kentucky, Fulton County in 2018, where then Hickman Police Chief Tony Grogan spits some incredible one liners, such as telling the man recording that the state gives you ID so that you can show it to police when they ask, and telling him that it is the officers right, under your constitutional rights to detain you. Durring the interview he also says a lot of the quiet parts out loud, such as telling us that he has been trained to violate your rights, and one of my favorite quotes, “you can only police people as much as they will let you”. The local elected Fulton County Sheriff Robby Woods jumps in and shows his ignorance to the world as well. Robby Woods died a few months later.
