KULT News visited Savannah, GA on March 22, 2024 and we found a visually stunning city with very few people seemingly paranoid about a man with a camera.
And then we met David the jeweler. Within seconds David was threatening to call the cops and even assault us.
Would David put his money where his mouth is and take a swing? Would he call the police and, if so, would they even care?

Then we visit Uranaus Fudge Factory in Anderson, IN where they offered to pack our fudge and grab our warm nuts. Obviously we took them up on it.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
