Welcome back to Police Multiverse. In todays bodycam video, we’re following the intense story of Kropp, who was stopped on January 1, 2023, for speeding in a stolen vehicle. Kropp, already a suspect in an arson case, decided to take things further by refusing to stop, flipping off the officer, and even brandishing a baseball bat and machete. His choices only worsened his situation, leading to multiple charges, including second-degree arson, grand theft of a motor vehicle, fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer without violence. Kropp was later found incompetent to stand trial and has since been sent to a state hospital.
