On November 19th, 2023, police responded to a distress call from a mother reporting her daughter’s destruction of Christmas decorations. Upon arrival, they found the daughter highly intoxicated and causing disturbances. She verbally abused her mother and admitted to her intoxication. Despite the mother’s explanation of feeling threatened, the daughter’s behavior escalated, prompting her arrest. During the arrest, she resisted and assaulted an officer, leading to additional charges. In court, she faced charges including resisting arrest, battery on an officer, domestic abuse, disorderly conduct, and property damage, highlighting the severity of her actions during the incident.
