The near future: The UK has become a satellite state of the United States. Public service privatization and economic events have spurred years of strikes and riots. In response, the government has restricted Internet and social media sites. A private contractor, The Internet Protection Agency (IPA), has been put in charge of policing the restricted Internet, arresting computer fugitives, and taking charge of advanced public surveillance.
When Anthony’s parents disappear, he beings to search for them, leading him to discover that his parents were part of a movement trying to stop the IPA. Now Anthony is on a hunt to find his missing parents and expose the IPA’s illegal and brutal methods. But, the IPA will stop at nothing to prevent the proof from getting out into the world.
