A tanker trunk barreled through a crowd of thousands of people who were taking a knee on Interstate 35W in Minneapolis to protest the police-involved death of George Floyd. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety says the incident does not appear to be an intentional act. The driver was was coming from I94 to I-35W and MnDOT did not have barricades up.
