Video shows police rescue a woman who was kidnapped by a serial killer in South Carolina. The Spartanburg County Sheriff said 30-year-old Kala Brown was found “chained up like a dog” in a storage container in November. Police came to her rescue after hearing screams from inside the container, which was on the property of 45-year-old Todd Kohlhepp, a local real estate agent.
