A man in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur was thrashed by police personnel after an argument over not wearing a mask in public. A cop can be seen thrashing the man and kneeling over his neck in an attempt to pin him down. The man can also be seen engaging in a fistfight. Video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
