Woman Pulled Down Pants in Front of Police when Asked to Take Breathalyzer Test | Police body camera
Police body camera footage captured a bizarre encounter in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin on February 28th, 2022, at approximately 1:30 AM. 35-year-old Mallory Griffin was pulled over for speeding (60 mph in a 30 mph zone). However, instead of cooperating, Ms. Griffin engaged in erratic behavior, including fleeing the scene, throwing an unknown object out of the window, laughing inappropriately, and verbally abusing the officers. The police body camera recorded the entire incident, including Ms. Griffin’s resistance during the arrest, vaping in the police car, and defiant attitude at the police station. The police body camera footage provides clear evidence of Mallory Griffin’s non-compliance and disorderly conduct. She was ultimately cited for operating while intoxicated, resisting an officer, speeding, and operating a vehicle without registration. This entire incident was documented by the police body camera.
