Working on a story about the City of Steilacoom’s now terminated Sergeant Larry Whelan and tips and leads regarding his reasons for termination. To be clear, the Tacoma Police Department investigated alleged criminal conduct by former Sergreant Larry Whelan and found he did commit criminal conduct. I received a tip and lead that made me think I should go look into Public Works for the City of Steilacoom.
